The finished square footage is approximately 4,500 above grade (1st floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor). The garage is approximately 500 sq ft and there will be approximately 730 sq ft of finished space in the basement.
Pricing has not been set yet as construction is just starting. In terms of guidance, the house across the street sold for $1,000/sq ft and the house next door is for sale and will likely close between $900 - $1000/sq ft. This house is larger in terms of sq ft and is new construction so both of those factors may affect the price (+/-). This price/foot is applied to the finished square footage numbers above grade so the math is $900 - $1,000/ft times 4,500 sq ft = $4 - 4.5mln
